Made with pure salt, Winter Melt® Ice Melt Salt is the natural choice to melt ice in temperatures as low as 5°F/-15°C. Crystal Visions Royal Blue Halite (+5˚)

This natural rock salt, which is a unique blend of large and small sodium crystals, is mined directly from the earth and placed straight into our easy to identify yellow bag. The small crystals help provide quick melting capabilities, while the large crystals maintain the long-lasting protection as the day goes on. This ice melt is dyed royal blue and treated with an anti-caking agent to avoid over application and hardening of the product. Melts to temperatures as low as 5°F.

Untreated Bulk Ice Melt Salt (+5˚)

Bulk deicing salt is a cost-effective product for melting snow and ice on highways, parking lots, and bridges. Rock salt is a reliable recommendation for winter road deicing. Treated with YPS (yellow prussiate of soda, an anti-caking agent), bulk deicing salt is a standard for winter deicing maintenance and requires less cleanup in the Spring than sand or other abrasives.

ClearLane® enhanced deicer is a pre-wet sodium chloride made from a patented liquid magnesium chloride formula and mixing process. Peladow™ Calcium Chloride Pellets (-25˚)

Peladow™ Calcium Chloride Pellets are the premier choice for melting snow and ice, containing more than 90% calcium chloride, helping to melt snow and ice three times faster than all competing products. Melts to -25°F.

Peladow™ is a purified inorganic salt produced by removing water from a naturally occurring brine solution. Unlike other processes used to produce calcium chloride, the brine process does not involve reactions with chemicals such as hydrochloric acid or ammonia. The National Organic Standards Board noted this distinction when it classified the brine process as “non-synthetic.”
